Janet Johnson is a life-long resident of Okaloosa County. Crestview, Florida is where she has chosen to call home, establish her career and raise her family. She has proven herself in almost every aspect of real estate. Janet earned her real estate salesperson's license in 1984 and her real estate broker's license in 1997. She has been involved in property management since 1992 and has owned and operated her own property management business, servicing approximately 170 properties across the Florida panhandle from Niceville to Navarre. Janet also has extensive experience in the new construction aspect of the business and has even served her time in the title insurance part of real estate as well.

Gina Monteiro, Realtor, is a native of Racine, Wisconsin and has lived in area since 2002. Gina is prior active duty Air Force and understands the stressful demands of relocating.

Gina is married to George, who is currently stationed at Eglin Air Force Base. She also has a son who is 3 years old. Gina holds a high level of customer service and is determined to get the job done, with her customers being number one priority.

As a native and life-long resident of Okaloosa County, Jill Coon prides herself in being knowledgeable in the local area’s real estate market. Jill also has experience in the title business; therefore, being knowledgeable in the aspects of the closing process. Jackie Benevides, Realtor, is originally from Massachusetts. She has lived in Florida since 2003. She is the wife of retired Master Sergeant Dennis Benevides, U.S.A.F.
