Janet Johnson is a life-long resident of Okaloosa County. Crestview, Florida is where she has chosen to call home, establish her career and raise her family. She has proven herself in almost every aspect of real estate. Janet earned her real estate salesperson's license in 1984 and her real estate broker's license in 1997. She has been involved in property management since 1992 and has owned and operated her own property management business, servicing approximately 170 properties across the Florida panhandle from Niceville to Navarre. Janet also has extensive experience in the new construction aspect of the business and has even served her time in the title insurance part of real estate as well.

As a lifelong resident of Okaloosa County, Jill Coon is very familiar with the area as well as the resources the area has to offer. Whether you’re looking to find a banker, insurance agent or a great restaurant, she is sure to point you in the right direction. Jill got her start in real estate by working in the title industry for 3 ½ years at a local title company. In 2006, she obtained her real estate license and began working as a sales associate for Janet Johnson Realty, Inc. She has worked with many families to buy, sell or rent their homes and understands the needs of relocating families to and from the area. She believes in educating the customer and providing them with all of the necessary information, so that an informed decision can be reached prior to any contract. She gives her 100% to the customer to ensure that the service she provides meets their expectations.

Jill resides in Crestview with her husband, Daniel, and their 5 year old son, Ethan. She enjoys spending her free time with them..

Jackie Benevides, Realtor, is originally from Massachusetts. She has lived in Florida since 2003. She is the wife of retired Master Sergeant Dennis Benevides, U.S.A.F.
